Mr. Fitzgerald’s practice is limited to research information and expert
legal testimony relating to windows, insect screens, glass doors, garage
doors and electric garage door openers. Fee requirements for such services include a non-refundable advance retainer fee with a minimum for each case,
against which time will be charged hourly, or a daily amount per day.
Travel time is charged per hour, portal-to-portal from Palm Beach, FL.
Expenses include first class air fare and disability fees.
Upon receipt of the advance payment check, Mr. Fitzgerald will schedule the necessary time, dependent upon current case loads.
